By ordering any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
By placing an order with Zenned Out jewelry, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents’ permission to make a purchase.
The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
Zenned Out reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.
Shipping for US Orders
Your order will ship via the method you select at checkout.
Shipping for International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs, VAT and brokerage fees assessed by your country. International orders will ship via USPS First Class International mail and can range anywhere from 1-6 weeks for shipping time, depending upon your location. You will be emailed a shipment verification number when your parcel ships.
Please note, international orders do not have tracking. Unfortunately, once your package is in the hands of USPS there is absolutely nothing I can do to track or estimate when your package will arrive. Sometimes international orders get lost in the mail or get caught up in customs, if you fear that your package has been lost, I will resend your package only after a time of 8 weeks has lapsed since your package was originally mailed. (I know this is a hassle but unfortunately I cannot control international mail.)
I strongly, strongly urge non-US buyers to upgrade to Priority shipping and add insurance if you are making a significant purchase. This will lessen the probability of your package being lost or held up in customs and will expedite your shipment.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
If you need to cancel your order let me know! If you contact me within the first 24 hours of your purchase, I probably have not started creating your piece and can cancel your order. If it has been 48 hours or more, or I have already started working on your piece, unfortunately, I can no longer cancel your order.
First, if you are unsatisfied with anything please contact me and I will do my best to make it right!
Custom orders are final sales. A custom order is anything that was made specifically for you–a ring that was sized specifically for you, a bracelet that had something written on it specifically for you–anything that required a description or size of what you wanted is a custom order. Once a custom order is made I can not resell the item because it was specifically made for you and thus cannot make any refunds or exchanges.
Size or length of jewelry is the buyer’s responsibility. If you’re not sure, I recommend seeing a jeweler or finding some measuring tape. If the size or length of your piece does not work and it was either not specified or specified incorrectly upon purchase, I will happily re-size for a re-size fee of $15 and shipping will be covered by the buyer. However, please note that not all items can be re-sized; some items would require you to have an entirely new piece made at the original cost.
Please proofread custom orders! I will stamp exactly what you have put in your order notes to me. I am not responsible nor can be held liable for typos or misspellings that were present in your order. The buyer takes full responsibility.
If something you ordered happens to break, please contact me and I will be happy to fix it and return it to you.
Ready-made jewelry purchases can be returned for a full refund up to 7 days after the arrival of your purchase. Please contact us for the refund process.
