Covid-19 Updates

We are still shipping and will continue to as long as possible! 

We are a small operation based in Gilbert, AZ. There are only two of us working in our local shop. We are taking all necessary steps to keep products and ourselves sanitized, although even if there were any germs on products they would die before reaching you! 

Arizona is not on lockdown yet. In the event that Arizona does enforce a state-wide lockdown all shipping will be relocated to Cassie’s (Zenned Out owner) home where shipping will resume. 

Terms & Conditions

By ordering any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

By placing an order with Zenned Out jewelry, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents’ permission to make a purchase.

Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

Zenned Out reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.

Shipping for US Orders

We are a small business and do not have the capacity to ship orders on the same day of purchase. Orders ship in 1-4 business days. Your order will ship via the method you select at checkout and arrive in the time frame associated with that shipping method.

If you placed and order that is time sensitive, please contact us and we will ship sooner, if it is possible. 

Please, see below for general shipping times. Please note, these time frames take effect after your order has shipped, not after you place your order. The time frames outlined below are estimates, the only shipping method that the USPS guarantees for exact deliver dates is Express mail. 

US Media Mail- 1-2 weeks

US First Class Mail- 3-5 business days

US Priority Mail- 2-3 business days

US Priority Express Mail- 1-2 business days

International First Class Mail- 2-3 weeks

International Priority Mail- 7-10 business days

International Priority Express Mail- 3-5 business days

Shipping for International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs, VAT and brokerage fees assessed by your country. These fees are completely out of our control and enforced by your local government. We do not refund customs or VAT fees, they are the buyers responsibility. 

International orders will ship via USPS First Class International mail and can range anywhere from 1-6 weeks for shipping time, depending upon your location. 

International orders do not always have reliable tracking. International orders are subject to getting caught up in customs, which can delay shipments.

Local Taxes

Arizona residents are subject to local tax fees. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order let us know within 24 hours. If your order has not been shipped or started we will refund your purchase. If you ordered jewelry and the jewelry has already been made, or your order has been shipped, we cannot refund your purchase. 

Digital Products

Digital products are final sales. 

Digital products are intended for personal use only. Our software tracks the number of downloads and the IP addresses that products are downloaded. We are notified if products are downloaded from multiple IP addresses. If we suspect unauthorized sharing of our digital products you access will be revoked and you will not receive a refund. 

Your digital purchase grants you 3 downloads. What does this mean? You have 3 opportunities to download your files. Once the files are on your computer or phone, you will have unlimited access to them. Download limits are enforced to prevent unauthorized sharing of my copyright-protected material. 

If you reached your download limit in error or are experiencing difficulty accessing your digital products, please contact us for assistance.

Crystals, Books & Decks Return Policy

First, if you are unsatisfied with anything please contact us and we will do our best to make it right!

Crystals are final sales.

Crystals are natural products. Their size, shape, and color will vary. Though we take every effort to ensure safe travel for your crystal shipments, it is possible that they can break in transit. If you receive a broken crystal, we are so sorry! Please, contact us right away we can send you an intact crystal. 

Unused physical print product purchases can be returned for a full refund up to 7 days after the arrival of your purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping. Please contact us for the refund process.

Jewelry Return Policy

Custom made jewelry orders are final sales. Custom details and jewelry size are the buyers responsibility. Some jewelry items can be resized for a resizing fee, but some cannot and will require a new piece be purchased. 

If something you ordered breaks due to a flaw in the make of the product, please contact us and we will fix it and return it to you. If your jewelry broke due to neglegence, we will fix it if we can and there will be a fee depending on the nature of the fix. 

Unused ready-made jewelry purchases can be returned for a full refund up to 7 days after the arrival of your purchase. Please contact us for the refund process.

Our site uses cookies dropped by us or third parties for a variety of purposes including to operate and personalize the website.
