Terms & Conditions

By ordering any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The customer is responsible for reading product descriptions and product options in full before purchasing. Many of our items are available in various options, e.g., digital, physical, and with or without crystals. Please, note what you're ordering before you check out. Zenned Out will not pay additional shipping costs if the customer has ordered the incorrect item. 

By placing an order with Zenned Out jewelry, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents’ permission to make a purchase.

Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

Zenned Out reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.


The statements made on this website have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA. The products offered on this website are not intended to be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any ailment or disease. The information provided by this website and Zenned Out is not a substitute for a face-to-face consultation with your physician, and should not be construed as individual medical advice.

Shipping for US Orders

We are a small business and do not have the capacity to ship orders on the same day of purchase. Orders ship in 1-4 business days. The shipping time you select is does not include our 1-4 business day processing time.  If you select Priority (2-3 day) Shipping, your order will arrive in 2-3 days after it ships. Your order will ship via the method you select at checkout and arrive in the time frame associated with that shipping method.

If you placed an order that is time sensitive, please contact us and we will ship sooner, if it is possible. 

Please, see below for general shipping times. Please note, these time frames take effect after your order has shipped, not after you place your order. The time frames outlined below are estimates, the only shipping method that the USPS guarantees for exact deliver dates is Express mail. 

US Media Mail- 1-2 weeks

US First Class Mail- 3-5 business days

US Priority Mail- 2-3 business days

US Priority Express Mail- 1-2 business days

Media Mail fees 

Media mail is reserved solely for books and card decks. If your order contains any non book or deck items (e.g. crystals, candles, or jewelry) please, do not select the Media Mail options (this is also stated in the checkout cart for the Media Mail option.) If you order books or decks with other items, you must select Priority Mail to avoid fees from the USPS. 

We will ship via the method you select, even if you selected the incorrect method. If you receive fees associated with shipping non Media Mail items, the fees are your responsibility. We will not offer refunds for fees assessed by the USPS that are a result of your negligence. 

Shipping for International Orders

SHIPPING TO THE UK IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED DUE TO NEW UK VAT REGULATIONS. We are in the process of determining whether or not we can continue to ship to the UK and are sorry for the inconvenience. 

International customers are responsible for all customs, VAT and brokerage fees assessed by your country. These fees are completely out of our control and enforced by your local government. We do not refund customs or VAT fees, they are the buyers responsibility. 

International shipping is expensive. We have no control over the cost to ship items internationally. You will likely incur import fees in addition to the shipping you have already paid. As state above, you are responsible for all additional fees. 

International orders do not always have reliable tracking. International orders are subject to getting caught up in customs, which can delay shipments. We do not have secret knowledge about the status or location of your shipment that you do not have. 

If you are purchasing from outside of the US and are not comfortable with: 

1. The cost of international shipping
2. The risk that your order may take up to four months to arrive and could be lost in transit at your expense
3. Accepting additional import fees and taxes as your responsibility 
4. Understanding that we have no control over the length of time it takes for your package to arrive and the status of your shipment

Please, reconsider purchasing. 

    Purchasing from another country involves risk and is expensive. If you are not comfortable with the risk and cost involved with ordering internationally, PLEASE, DO NOT PURCHASE. We fully understand that this is not ideal, however, the cost and quality of international shippings is 1,000% out of our control. Your patience and understanding are appreciated. 

    Lost Shipments*

    Zenned Out is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If you are concerned about mail theft, we suggest upgrading to "Signature Required Shipping" at checkout. Zenned Out will not refund or resend lost or stolen packages.

    If you ordered within the US and suspect that your order has been lost or stolen within the USPS system, please follow these steps outlined by the USPS from their website:  

    1. Go to Find Missing Mail for additional information.
    2. Submit a Missing Mail search request at MissingMail.USPS.com. 
    3. File a claim.
    4. Visit your local Post Office™ location for assistance in filling out a Missing Mail request.
    5. Call 1-800-275-8777 (1-800-ASK-USPS) to ask for the phone number for your local Consumer Affairs office regarding a Missing Mail request.

    In addition to these steps from the USPS, we suggest:

    1. Double check the address you provided at checkout for your order. You can check this by reviewing your order confirmation email. If you had your package shipped the the incorrect address, let us know, and we will reship it when/if it is returned to our office. The buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipment. 
    2. We also suggest checking with your mail carrier, checking your apartment or condo office (if applicable), looking around your house as some mail carriers hide packages to prevent theft, and checking with your neighbors. Stolen packages are extremely rare, mis-delivered and overlooked packages are common.  

    Please, do not contact us with shipment inquiries until you have completed the steps above. We do not have any information that you do not have. 

    Please note, if you have a package shipped to your place of work, we will not replace it if it is undeliverable or stolen.

    *This is only applicable for US orders. Please see above section for international order issues. For international orders outside of the US, due to COVID, we are unable to refund or reship orders for any reason. All international orders are at the buyers risk. Some orders are taking 3-4 months to arrive, and are not lost. It is not feasible for us to reship multiple products that are delayed due to the pandemic. 

    Local Taxes

    Arizona residents are subject to local tax fees. These charges are at the customers own expense.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you need to cancel your order let us know within 24 hours. If your order has not been shipped or started we will refund your purchase. If you ordered jewelry and the jewelry has already been made, or your order has been shipped, we cannot refund your purchase. 

    Digital Products

    Digital products are final sales. 

    Digital products are intended for personal use only. Our software tracks the number of downloads and the IP addresses that products are downloaded. We are notified if products are downloaded from multiple IP addresses. If we suspect unauthorized sharing of our digital products your access will be revoked and you will not receive a refund. 

    Your digital purchase grants you 3 downloads. What does this mean? You have 3 opportunities to download your files. Once the files are on your computer or phone, you will have unlimited access to them. Download limits are enforced to prevent unauthorized sharing of the copyright-protected material. 

    If you reached your download limit in error or are experiencing difficulty accessing your digital products, please contact us for assistance.

    Energy Work & Intuitive Mentorship Disclaimer and Policies

    By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree that you are of sound mind and body. You understand that the work Cassie offers should never replace the advice or care of a medical professional. 

    Privacy and Ethics

    Any information shared with Cassie before, during, or after a session will be kept confidential. 

    Cassie will not access another person’s energy at your request. 

    Rescheduling and Cancellations

    Reschedule or cancel your appointment anytime up to 24 hours before our scheduled meeting time. Find the link to reschedule or cancel your appointment in your session confirmation email. If you do not see it, please contact me at info@cassieuhl.com

    Cancellations within the 24 hour period of your session will result in a forfeit of your session and your payment. 


    If it becomes clear before or at the beginning of our session that we are not a good energetic match, your session will be canceled and refunded. 

    Refunds will not be offered if you are upset about information that was or was not shared during your session, or if a specific outcome did not occur. I can only share what is presented to me and will never force a specific healing modality (i.e. soul retrieval or medium connection.) 

    Age Requirement

    Must be 18 years of age or older to schedule a session, unless previously discussed with Cassie. 


    Please, come prepared. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a quiet and distraction-free space for our session together.

    Crystals, Books & Decks Return Policy

    First, if you are unsatisfied with anything please contact us and we will do our best to make it right!

    Crystals are final sales.

    Crystals are natural products. Their size, shape, and color will vary. Though we take every effort to ensure safe travel for your crystal shipments, it is possible that they can break in transit. If you receive a broken crystal, we are so sorry! Please, contact us right away we can send you an intact crystal. 

    Unused physical print products can be returned for a full refund up to 7 days after the arrival of your purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping. Please contact us for the refund process.

    Jewelry Return Policy

    Custom made jewelry orders are final sales. Custom details and jewelry size are the buyers responsibility. Some jewelry items can be resized for a resizing fee, but some cannot and will require a new piece be purchased. 

    If something you ordered breaks due to a flaw in the make of the product, please contact us and we will fix it and return it to you. If your jewelry broke due to negligence, we will fix it if we can and there will be a fee depending on the nature of the fix. 

    Unused ready-made jewelry purchases can be returned for a full refund up to 7 days after the arrival of your purchase. Please contact us for the refund process.


    The Zenned Out website uses cookies, tracking pixels and related technologies. Cookies are small data files that are served by our platform and stored on your device. Our site uses cookies dropped by us or third parties for a variety of purposes including to operate and personalize the website. Also, cookies may also be used to track how you use the site to target ads to you on other websites.
